Editorial policy

This page explains how RecipePi decides what to publish, how pages are written and reviewed, and how we handle corrections.

Our standards

  • Useful first. Every page should help a home cook complete a real task: cooking a dish, preparing an ingredient, using a piece of equipment or storing food.
  • Complete instructions. Recipes include an ingredient list with quantities and numbered steps. Guides explain the method in order and call out common mistakes.
  • Food safety. Where it matters, we point readers to safe practices such as thawing meat in the refrigerator or cold water and cooking poultry and seafood until properly done.
  • No invented credentials. Content is published under the RecipePi Editorial Team name. We do not use fake bylines, fake reviews or made-up ratings.

Updates and corrections

We revisit pages when readers report problems or when we find a clearer way to explain a step. Pages show the date they were first published and, where applicable, when they were last updated. To report an error, email info@recipepi.com.

Advertising and independence

RecipePi is supported by display advertising from Google AdSense. Ads are clearly separated from our content, and advertisers cannot request, review or change editorial content. We do not publish sponsored recipes.
