▫️Whole-wheat cookies 😁
▫️These have almost 1g of fiber per cookie, so all you need to do is eat 25 of these and you hit the daily fiber recommendation for women (35 for men)😉😆
▫️Don’t have eggs on hand or have an egg allergy? Follow this recipe ⬇️
▫️
– 12 T butter softened (or coconut oil)
– 1/2 c milk of choice
– 3/4 c granulated sugar
– 3/4 c brown sugar
– 2 1/4 c whole wheat flour
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used a combo of big and small chocolate chips)
-mix ingredients (salt, flour, baking soda) in small bowl
-using electric mixer, combine ingredients in large bowl (butter, milk, vanilla, both sugars)
-gradually stir flour mixture into large bowl mixture. Fold in choc chips
-bake at 375 for 8-10 mins
-enjoy☺️
