▫️The start of fall calls for some pumpkin bars! Not the healthiest overall, but I was able to reduce the fat and sugar and subbed whole-wheat flour and they still turned out so moist and delicious! I had to treat myself.
▫️Plus – pumpkin actually does contain some health benefits including: rich in fiber, contains vitamin A, vitamin C, beta-carotene, and contains the antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin.
