▫️Roasted Sweet Potatoes 🍠
-cut sweet potatoes into little 1 inch pieces (use a sharp knife bc sweet potatoes are hard to chop!)
-I toss mine in a bowl with extra-virgin olive oil, salt, creole seasoning, cinnamon or pumkin pie seasoning, and 2T brown sugar.
-spray baking sheet with non-stick spray and roast at 400 degrees F for about 40ish mins, flipping about every 15 mins. Make sure they don’t burn!
▫️Sweet potatoes are such a good side for any meal. One cup of sweet potato packs about 6g of fiber! 👍🏼 Sweet potatoes also contain vitamin A, C, B6, potassium, manganese, copper, niacin, & pantothenic acid.
