▫️Right side: Mediterranean quinoa blend with chickpeas, spinach, and peppers I picked up from aldiusa
▫️Left side: 1 egg + 3 egg whites scrambled, seasoned with ETB seasoning.
▫️Such an easy meal to make and contains 2 complete protein sources! Healthy fat, whole-grain plant-based carbohydrates, veggies (vitamins, minerals, antioxidants) & high-protein💪🏼
