▫️These are staple side dishes in our house!
▫️Roasted veggies: toss frozen vegetable blend in olive oil, Lawry’s seasoned salt, Lawry’s garlic salt, pepper, and creole seasoning for some spice! Bake at 375 about 45 mins. Turning every 15 mins.
▫️Sweet potatoes: chop sweet potatoes and toss in olive oil, cinnamon, salt, creole seasoning, and 2T of brown sugar. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes, turning every 15 mins.
▫️I bake both at the same time with the frozen veggies on the bottom and sweet potatoes on top (they are more likely to burn so keep higher in the oven).
▫️I make these sides all the time because it’s very nutritious , tastes great, and it’s easy 😊
▫️It’s my last week of clinical 1! Going to be a busy week. Happy Monday😁
