▫️I love to be on top of my weeks by having meals ready to go. This meal is a mock “sesame chicken” but the vegan version using chickpeas! I have it served over quinoa with broccoli. A huge fiber- and protein-packed meal. And the best thing is that it tastes great cold or hot, so if I don’t have time to microwave it, it still tastes great👍🏼
