▫️It’s December 1st so that means Christmas cookies! There’s always room for Christmas cookies 🎄
▫️A simple recipe that can easily be made dairy-free/vegan by swapping 2️⃣ ingredients 😌
▫️dEATs:
-1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
-1 cup butter softened (vegan: coconut oil, softened *not melted*)
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 egg (vegan: flax egg)
-2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp cream of tartar

Frosting:
-2 cups powdered sugar
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-2 T (or more if needed) milk or water

Mix sugar, butter, vanilla, egg in large bowl.
Add dry ingredients to wet and mix.
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Roll out dough on floured surface and use cookie cutters to cut your fav shapes. Bake at 375 for 7-8 mins. Wait until cookies cool to frost!
