Lots of nutrients here, even from the bread, which is why I always try to choose a whole-grain option. Whole-grain bread is typically higher in nutrients and fiber, which has a much lesser effect on blood sugar than white bread. Plus, there’s much less processing 👍🏼 I’ve also been drinking my coffee black lately. I used to use A LOT of artificial sweeteners 😖and I ended up with digestive issues that sent me to urgent care. I quit them completely and eliminated all foods with hidden artificial sweeteners in the ingredients. I’ll elaborate on how I healed my gut and solved my digestive issues through my diet in another post!
