▫️Been obsessed with oatmeal lately! I’ve been doing this for breakfast and hitting all the macronutrients!
▫️I used kodiakcakes high protein oatmeal, banana, grapes, blueberries, chia seeds, and the best part… peanut butter!
▫️Quick tip on peanut butter: go for the natural versions and look out for “hydrogenated oil” in the ingredient list. This is highly processed oil that you want to avoid if possible!
▫️Happy Saturday, I’ll be at work for the next 3 days! But that’s okay 🙂 Keeping a positive, healthy mind is just as important as your nutrition 👍🏼 Actually, they can go hand-in-hand 🙂
