🔹A healthier spin on blueberry muffins 🔹
This recipe includes whole-wheat flour for slow-digesting carbs and fiber. I’ve also used recipes with oats as well! Both will give you the benefits of less processing, more nutrients, and more fiber 👍🏼 I used a little brown sugar for the topping instead of turbinado but you may use whatever works for you, or whatever you have on hand!
