▪️A couple months ago, I suffered with a condition called SIBO and I had to eat all low FODMAP meals to heal my gut. This was one of my go-to meals!
▪️I used old-fashioned oats, vanilla almond milk, cinnamon, sunflower seeds, peanuts, chia seeds, blueberries, raspberries, & blackberries.
▪️A nice little meal packed with whole-grains, healthy fats, antioxidants, vitamins, & minerals. Not too much protein here, but I would usually eat chickpeas or another protein-rich side to complete my meal😌 You can always add more protein-rich foods to the oatmeal! Simple and easy on the gut!
